I came in after a few years of neglecting my teeth, and was met with the most kind, patient, and understanding care I’ve ever experienced. Reception, hygienists—everybody at 209 Dental is incredible! I don’t think anybody loves going to the dentist, but I truthfully look forward to every appointment with Dr. Stella Park because I know the standard of care will exceed my expectations. Thank you so much!!! I love my smile!!!

I saw the hygenist Jun Chen and Dr. Dmitry today and they were both great. I had really bad staining in my front tooth and Jun was able to make my teeth look like it belongs in a hollywood set. 5 stars for the entire experience. I felt like I was in good hands and would 100% recommend.

I had my teeth cleaned by Andrea and she was amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience really comfortable. She explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about making sure I left with a great cleaning. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and personable dental hygienist!

I saw all the 5 star reviews and was skeptical but this place is really quite excellent! I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Jin Wang. He was EXCELLENT! Why? 1) He is personable 2) throughout the procedure after asking me to do something such as open my mouth wider, etc he would say, "Thank you." This small act throughout let me know he was present and was incredibly reassuring. He said he does many extractions each day which worried me that he would rush though the procedure, but nope he took his time and did not treat me as just another procedure among many. I'm deeply appreciative for his care.

The staff are always hospitable. Simple and easy check ins. They remind you of your upcoming appointments via text, email and call based on preferences. All dentist assistants are very caring and efficient. The doctor's office is in a residential building, space is clean, and bright but very welcoming. I came across this dentist because I had a tooth ache a little over a year ago and I've been back ever since.

A great visit overall! The X-ray technician was very friendly, and I appreciated his gentle approach to placing the things in my mouth. Aaron is a great hygienist and did a very thorough cleaning. Also very friendly. I appreciated the scan that Dr. Yasmika did and how she explained everything to me on the screen. The only area of improvement I would mention is that there was a bit of wait times between each thing.

I just had my first visit at this office and it was great! I was seen right away after check in. The entire visit was efficient and the staff were very transparent and helpful throughout. They were not pushy on trying to sell me “extra stuff,” like my old dentist office had done in the past. I had a great check up here at 209.

Highly recommend this office. Dainea, the treatment coordinator, was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. She went out of her way to help me secure an appointment before the end of the year so I could maximize my insurance benefits, which I truly appreciated. She was organized, responsive, and made the entire scheduling process completely stress-free. Dr. Reddy is one of the kindest and most gentle dentists I’ve ever met. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I honestly didn’t feel the injection at all, which says so much about her skill and gentle approach. The procedure itself was quick, smooth, and completely painless, and I felt at ease the whole time. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel cared for and comfortable. This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I recently visited 209 NYC Dental for the first time with my child in December. As a new patient during one of the busiest times of year—when many people rush to use remaining insurance benefits—I wasn’t sure what to expect. The check-in process was thorough, and while there was some waiting, this seemed perfectly reasonable given the seasonal rush. When I was asked to pay upfront for my procedure, I inquired about the policy. This practice didn’t surprise me, as I’ve encountered the same approach at other medical providers, including major academic medical centers like Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian, where payment responsibility is routinely confirmed before appointments. What truly stood out was the quality of care once we were seen. Dr. Park and her assistant were exceptional with my child—keeping the atmosphere relaxed, engaging her in light conversation, and expertly easing her nerves throughout the visit. Dr. Ifraimov went above and beyond by taking care of an unscheduled procedure for me, saving me from having to return for a follow-up visit. Both experiences were professional, well-organized, and genuinely attentive. Communication was clear at every step, and the treatment exceeded my expectations. This is top-notch dental care delivered with skill and consideration. I’m grateful we found this practice and would confidently recommend it to other families.

This is by far the best Dental practice I’ve ever experienced and in NYC! Not one to usually enjoy the dentist, Dr. Reddy (and dental assistants) made my visits extremely comforting, professional, one of a kind, painless and something I actually looked forward too! They also give you a x ray and show you scans to provide reasons for potential treatments. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists were very kind and welcoming. It’s the first time in my life I left smiling and happy for taking care of my teeth the proper way. As for billing and reasons for certain services they are 10/10, upfront, clear, not pushy and no upselling! It’s also very convenient that it’s by so many subway stops. I was really surprised in my few visits the last couple of weeks I never once experienced any pain or discomfort. They also make sure any fillings are perfectly fitted before you leave. Dr. Reddy was the first dentist I saw at 209 a year or so ago. I chose to stick with her and I couldn’t have made a better choice! She really cares about the person, the passion for dentistry, the staff and making sure the person leaves with the best quality and experience. If you’re looking for a dentistry that will change the way you think about the dentist, book your appointment (by the way super easy to book appointments too) with Dr. Reddy (or their other talented and caring dentists)! I’m not joking while getting my filling put in I actually said “this reminds me of the spa”! Fair pricing for the quality as well! 100/100!!
